  9. If you find Tools Plus useful and continue to use it beyond the thirty (30) day free evaluation period, you are required to purchase Tools Plus.  Please see the “Evaluation License, Legal Info” document for details.

  11. When you purchase Tools Plus, you will also be entitled to these special benefits:

  13.  • You will receive the latest version of Tools Plus on a disk.  The
  14.    latest version may include new features that have been implemented
  15.    since this version was released.

  17.  • You will receive the Tools Plus User Manual, a comprehensive 250 page

  19.    invaluable information and programming tips that were not included in
  20.    the condensed evaluation documentation.

  109. You will become a registered user when you receive your Tools Plus Registered User package, which includes:
  110.   • the latest version of Tools Plus on a disk
  111.   • the official Tools Plus User Manual
  112.   • a Software License for registered users
  113. Until that time, you must abide by the terms and conditions of the Evaluation License until you received your Tools Plus Registered User package from Water’s Edge Software.
